Dub's Garage

We lived in Corpus for two years with five different cars, almost all of which had problems at some point, and they always took great care of us. They did everything from making sure a car I’d had stored for several months was safe to drive to its new home four hours away, to fixing our tires, sensors, and control arms at no cost after a third party they used botched the service, to taking a look at damage from road debris on a car they don’t typically service, and everything in between. We always felt like they did good work and made things right if there was ever an issue. Kiri in particular does a great job running the place and always made us feel taken care of. Sadly, we’re moving to Houston, so we’ll have to find a new mechanic—but hopefully they open a second location there!

I’ve been taking my vehicles to Dubs Garage for many years and am very happy with the courteous, honest and professional service they provide. I can always trust that they give an accurate assessment of what my cars need and the best solutions at a fair price for repairs.

I would give no stars, but it's not an option. I took my car in for a wiring issue. I got a call saying everything was wrong with my car which was a lie. They just made stuff up to try to charge you more. I had the brakes done. $2500 later I get my car back with no fixed cruise control and I had to get someone else to do my brakes again because they did not do it correctly. When i called to tell them the cruise control wasnt fixed, they had the nerve to tell me that I needed to bring it back in for more diagnostic fees. No thanks. They charge huge unnecessary diagnostic fees to bump your bill. Do not go here they will scam you out of your money. Trash, overpriced business. I don't see how they are still open as dishonest as they are. Find another garage like I did. Way cheaper places out there. Don't let their fake 5 star reviews sway you.

The waiting room seemed nicer than most waiting rooms at doctors' offices. The staff was very pleasant and the price to change my oil was very reasonable. I have already spoken to various friends about your facility, and I'll continue promoting your business. 5 star.

I had cancer treatment at MD Anderson in Houston the next day and I needed emergency cooling system repairs and replace the radiator (radiator split down the side). No shop in town would get me in, but Dub's Garage worked me in between scheduled repairs. I'm so grateful for what they did for me. They made it possible for me to get to Houston for my radiation treatment. A great thank you to the front office ladies, Kiri, Alex, and Emma for making it all happen. Excellent job on the cooling system, not a bit trouble on my trip. They just earned a loyal customer.
